We are now offering workouts for you to do at home whether it is

pilates, yoga or strength training you need and enjoy.

As an introductory offer you can get access to all the videos in our online library for only $12.5 per week.

We are continuously recording new workouts and uploading them so you have something to look forward to each week.

If you have a suggestion or a request for something specific please tell us so we can help you to achieve your goals.

One on one sessions are also available to book.

We can come to you or do it via video chat.
